Drawn to scale from Nightforce’s own specification sheet, and checked
mark by mark by a person. This is the same geometry Harson Ballistics draws your holdover on.
Nightforce Competition reticle sheet (CTR-2/3, DDR-2, FCR-1; 2019 8/19) page 2, 'Reticle subtensions in MOA: CTR-2, CTR-3', 15-55x (@40x) column: A=28.8 (the crosshair runs edge to edge of the field, A across), B=0.016 crosshair; CTR-3 has no centre dot. Non-illuminated, second focal plane; subtensions true at 40x. The sheet prints the scope as 'Competition 15-55 x 42' in its text and '15-55 x 52' in its photo caption; Nightforce's Competition variable is the 15-55x52.
How this one was checked
Verified 9 Oct 2026 against Nightforce NFO_Competition_ReticleSheet_0819.pdf page 2 (top drawing, VECTOR): exactly one horizontal and one vertical hairline crossing at a single dot and nothing else in the field (the drawing exaggerates the dot; sizes are from the table, not scaled off the art). All published letters represented: A as the line extent, B the weight; C is CTR-2 only and correctly absent. Reference 40x as printed in the table header.
