Sheet banner ILLUMINATED (axis and stadia printed red); colour not stated. || Rebuilt 8 Sep 2026 from rmg3-illum-specs.pdf p.1 (Revision 3) at 400 dpi, 60 px/mil from the 1-mil stadia pitch, every letter checked against the drawing: centre is a floating 0.2-wide cross (E, K) sitting in a 0.4 gap of the vertical line; there is NO horizontal line - the windage stadia is 0.2-wide crosses (F, I) on every whole mil to +-10 with four 0.06 dots (L) between at 0.2 pitch (D), numerals 2 4 6 8 10 (Q=0.2 tall) centred over the even mils on both sides, 0.5 above the line (U); vertical line 0.045 thick (G) from 0.2 to 10 above and 0.2 to 30 below, carrying 0.2-wide ticks (A/B, H thick) at 0.2 pitch along its whole length (first tick at +-0.4) with 0.8-wide hashes (C) on whole mils ABOVE centre only - the whole-mil marks below centre are the same short ticks; tree rows 1-30 at 1 mil: 0.3 crosses (V, J thick) on whole mils and 0.06 dots (M) at 0.2 pitch between, extents +-3 (rows 1-3), +-4 (4-7), +-5 (8-9), +-6 (10-30); half-mil rows carry dots at 1-mil pitch from +-0.5 out to half a mil INSIDE the row above (the earlier record ran them half a mil outside for rows 4.5-7.5 and 10.5-29.5); row numerals 0.35 tall (R) odd left, even right; heavy bars 0.6 thick (P) tip 0.5 past the last mark (N: 10.5 left/right/top, 30.5 bottom) and reach full thickness 2 mil later (O). Vertical stadia carries no numerals. Earlier record had no vertical line, no axis ticks below centre, no stadia numerals and 0.2-wide tree crosses. || Vector re-read 9 Sep 2026 (pymupdf, 10.782 pt/mil about 286.62, 480.94). One correction: the half rows at -3.5, -7.5 and -9.5 each carried two dots too many (at +-3.5, +-4.5 and +-5.5). The tree steps out on the WHOLE row, and the half row above it keeps the narrower width - sheet half rows run -0.5 to -3.5 at +-2.5, -4.5 to -7.5 at +-3.5, -8.5 to -9.5 at +-4.5, -10.5 on at +-5.5, while the whole rows are already one step wider from -4.0, -8.0 and -10.0. Six dots removed; everything else on the sheet matched. Also answers the open caveat about A/B/E=0.1: they are half-lengths of the 0.2 ticks about the axis line, not a 0.1-pitch fine scale. The windage axis's finest division is the 0.2 mil dot pitch, which the record already drew.

How this one was checked

Re-verified 9 Sep 2026 against ZeroTech's own sheet zerotech-rmg3.pdf (RMG3 RETICLE, ILLUMINATED), page 1, by reading the PDF's VECTOR strokes with pymupdf instead of measuring a raster render. Scale and origin come from the sheet's own numerals: the 2/4/6/8/10 windage pairs give 10.782 pt/mil about x=286.62 (spread 0.3%) and the 1-30 tree numerals fix y=480.94 to the same pitch. Every mark inside +-10.2 windage by +10.2/-30.4 elevation was matched element by element against the record - 2571 marks on the sheet, all but the two axis-line paths and one white centre knockout accounted for, residual under 0.09 mil. Confirmed: dashed windage axis (0.200 dash at each whole mil, 0.033 thick) with 0.06 dia dots on a 0.200 pitch between them out to +-10; elevation ticks 0.200 long every 0.200 mil with an 0.800 long tick on each whole mil, axis line continuous from -30 to +10 broken only by a white 0.148x0.402 knockout at centre (C=0.4); floating centre cross 0.2x0.2 at 0.02 thick; 30 tree rows on the whole mils and 30 half rows between, all on a 0.2 dot pitch, stepping +-3/4/5/6 - and the half rows step one row LATER than the whole rows; numerals 2-10 both sides of the windage axis and 1-30 alternating down the tree, none on the elevation axis; bar tips at +-10.5 windage, +10.5 up and -30.5 down, tapering over 2.0 to full 0.6 thickness at +-12.5 / -32.5. Sub-0.3 mil spacing question settled: the finest pitch anywhere on this sheet is 0.2 mil, and it IS drawn - the record has it. The A/B/E=0.1 entries in the letter table are half-dimensions of the 0.2 marks, not a 0.1 pitch: the whole-mil ticks measure -0.081..+0.119 about an axis line at y=0.019, i.e. 0.1 either side. No 0.1-pitch scale exists on the sheet.
