In the first focal plane the subtensions hold true at every magnification, so a hold is a hold wherever the zoom ring sits.

Drawn to scale from ZeroTech’s own specification sheet, and checked mark by mark by a person. This is the same geometry Harson Ballistics draws your holdover on.

Official full letter table: A=0.25 centre gap, B=0.045 centre dot, C=0.1, D=0.045, E=0.6 post, F=1.0, G=0.5, H=0.6, I=0.1, J=0.3, K=0.045 thick, L=0.014 thick (fine), M=1.0, N=2.0, O=0.3, P=0.3, Q=0.02 thick, R=0.3, S=1.0, T=0.35, U=0.5, V=1.0, W=0.5, X=0.06, Y=1.0, Z=0.014 thick, AA=0.25, BB=0.3, CC=0.2. Some Trace Advanced hosts are sold illuminated; spec does not mark glow regions or colour. || Rebuilt 8 Sep 2026 from rmg-specs.pdf p.1 at 400 dpi (77.5 px/mil from the 1-mil stadia pitch, 9.94 mil measured over 10) covering every letter in the table, not just the grid: floating 0.045 centre dot (B) with all four axis lines stopping 0.25 short (A; measured 0.19-0.25); horizontal stadia +-1..10 with 0.6-long whole-mil hashes (H, K=0.045 thick) and 0.3-long half-mil hashes (J, L=0.014 thick) from 1.5 to 9.5 - there is NO hash at +-0.5 on the horizontal (there is one at +0.5 on the vertical); 0.1 mrad fine scale (I) of nine 0.2-long ticks between 4 and 5 mil on BOTH sides (AA printed 0.25, measured 0.2); numerals 2 4 6 8 10 centred over the even whole-mil hashes on both sides, 0.2 tall (CC), centred 0.55 above the line; vertical stadia 0.5..10 at 0.5 pitch with the fine 0.1 scale (Z) between 2 and 3 mil; hold grid rows 1-10: crosses (P/R=0.3, Q=0.02) on whole mils and 0.06 dots (X) on half mils, each row ENDING on a cross at +-3 (rows 1-3), +-4 (rows 4-7), +-5 (rows 8-10) - the earlier record ended rows on a dot half a mil further out; half-mil axis ticks (0.3) between rows down to 9.5; every whole-mil crossing on the stadia and at each tree row is a 0.045 dot (D) with the crossing hash stopping 0.1 short either side (C, the sheet's zoom bubbles) while the axis line runs through; row numerals 0.35 tall (T) odd on the left, even on the right, half a mil beyond the last cross; heavy bars 0.6 thick (E) taper to a sharp point 10.7 mil from centre and are full thickness by 11.9 on all four arms; the axis lines run out to the bar tips. Vertical stadia carries no numerals on the sheet.
Verified 8 Sep 2026 against ZeroTech's own sheet rmg-specs.pdf (RMG RETICLE - TRACE FFP), page 1, rendered at 400 dpi and measured by pixel run along both axes and every grid row: scale 77.5 px/mil from the 1-mil stadia pitch (10 mil span = 9.94 measured). Checked every class: grid shape and row count (10 rows, stepped +-3/+-4/+-5 ending on crosses), hash and dot spacing including the 0.1 mrad fine scales (4-5 mil horizontal both sides, 2-3 mil vertical), printed numerals (2-10 on the horizontal stadia both sides; 1-10 on the tree; none on the vertical), floating centre dot with 0.25 gaps and dotted whole-mil crossings, no circles, bar inner ends (sharp tapers 10.7->11.9), full extent of every axis (stadia to 10, tree to 10, bars from 10.7). Every letter A-CC in the sheet's table is represented or explicitly noted (AA measured 0.2 vs printed 0.25).
