LPVO FFP; Banner ILLUMINATED (ring and centre dot printed red); colour not printed. || Re-measured 8 Sep 2026 at 400 dpi (65 px/mil, centre re-found from the tick pattern - the first pass had locked onto a dimension leader): centre is a 0.15 red dot (H) inside a segmented red ring of radius 1.0 and 0.3 thick (R; red pixels 0.85-1.15), broken at the four cardinals by gaps about 0.4 mil across (arcs drawn from 11.5 to 78.5 degrees in each quadrant); all four axis lines stop 0.25 short of the dot (C) and run straight through the ring gaps; both axes carry 0.5-mil ticks to +-10 (0.6 long on whole mils, 0.31 on halves, 0.052 thick) EXCEPT at +-1 where the ring sits - there is no 1-mil tick on either axis; numerals 2-10 above the horizontal both sides (I=0.45 tall); hold grid is 0.1 dots (N) on whole mils, rows 1-10, stepped +-3 (rows 1-3), +-4 (4-7), +-5 (8-10), numerals alternating (M=0.45 tall); heavy bars 1.2 thick (A) with sharp tips measured at 11.05 mil tapering over 4.0 (K) to full thickness at 15.05 (earlier note said 11.5/15.5). Earlier record drew continuous axes through the centre and 1-mil ticks under the ring. || Vector re-read 9 Sep 2026 (pymupdf, exact stroke endpoints, 11.765 pt/mil about 295.92, 378.08). Two corrections to the 8 Sep raster pass. (i) The thin stadia do NOT run up to the bar tips: they end at +-10.5 on all four arms and the tips start at +-11.0, leaving the 0.5 gap that letter B dimensions. The record had the lines running to 11.05, straight into the tip. (ii) Letter L=0.1 was in the notes but not drawn: the sheet punches a 0.1-wide white knockout through each axis line where the ring crosses it, at +-1.0 on both axes, so each stadium is broken there. Both axes are now four segments per arm. Also trimmed to the measured values: tips 11.0 and full thickness 15.0 (was 11.05/15.05), half-mil ticks 0.300 (D) rather than 0.310. Confirmed unchanged: the ring arcs, the centre dot and gap, the absence of a 1-mil tick under the ring, and the whole stepped dot grid.
Re-verified 9 Sep 2026 against ZeroTech's own sheet zerotech-rmg-l.pdf (RMG-L RETICLE, ILLUMINATED), page 1, by reading the PDF's VECTOR strokes with pymupdf instead of measuring a raster render. Scale and origin come from the sheet's own numerals: the 2/4/6/8/10 pairs on the windage axis give 11.765 pt/mil about x=295.92 (spread 0.4%) and the 1-10 tree numerals fix y=378.08 to the same pitch. Checked line by line: red 0.15 dia centre dot (H); red ring of radius 1.0 (J) stroked 0.3 (R) as ONE path with four white 0.4x0.4 knockouts (Q) on the axes - 0.4 across a radius-1.0 ring is a 23.1 degree gap, so the record's four 67-degree arcs from 11.5 degrees are exact; axis lines stopping 0.25 short of the dot (C, a white 0.5x0.5 knockout) and punched again by a 0.1-wide white knockout (L) where the ring crosses at +-1.0 on both axes; ticks every 0.5 mil to +-10, 0.600 long on the whole mils (G) and 0.300 on the halves (D), none at +-1 where the ring sits; numerals 2-10 above the windage axis both sides and 1-10 alternating down the tree (I / M = 0.45 tall), none on the elevation axis; 0.1 dia dots (N) on whole mils, rows 1 to 10, reaching +-3 on rows 1-3, +-4 on rows 4-7 and +-5 on rows 8-10 - each row's numeral sits just outside its own row, which is how the extents were cross-checked; stadia ending at +-10.5, tapered bar tips at +-11.0 with a 0.5 gap between (B), the taper running 4.0 (K) to full 1.2 thickness (A) at +-15.0, posts on to the artboard edge. Measured triangles: right (11.005,-0.008)-(14.988,-0.608)-(14.996,0.591) and its three mirrors. Every letter A-R was walked against the drawn geometry; no fine sub-scale, no hold grid above centre, nothing on the bars.
