In the first focal plane the subtensions hold true at every magnification, so a hold is a hold wherever the zoom ring sits.

Drawn to scale from Schmidt & Bender’s own specification sheet, and checked mark by mark by a person. This is the same geometry Harson Ballistics draws your holdover on.
Framed to about 12 MRAD — the part of the reticle you aim with. This reticle carries marks out to 60 MRAD; the rest sits beyond the edge of this drawing.
Drawn from Schmidt & Bender GmbH & Co. KG’s published specification.
In the first focal plane the subtensions hold true at every magnification, so a hold is a hold wherever the zoom ring sits.
First focal plane, mrad: four heavy posts, an illuminated red cross at the centre, clear glass, then a thin line with a dot every 1 mrad (four per arm) out to the posts. From S&B's dimensioned reticle data sheet for this scope. A 10 between the post tips, B 0.6 post, C 0.067 line (cm row 0.67), D 0.2 dot, E 1 dot spacing. The red cross length is not lettered and is measured from the vector drawing; the black line starts at the first dot. The field at lowest magnification is 65.09 mrad; the posts are drawn to 60 here (app plausibility limits).
Verified 9 Oct 2026 against Schmidt-Bender-Datasheet-P3L-FFP-3-20x50-PMII-Ultra-Short.pdf (P3L.zip), pages 2 and 3. Vector drawing, measured on FILL geometry only (the 0.285 pt outline stroke and dimension lines dropped). Page 2 scale from A, the post-tip opening (40.482 pt/mrad), centre from the four post tips (the left/right and top/bottom openings agree). Measured: posts 0.600, red cross 1.383 across (not lettered; recorded 0.691 each side). The record was rasterised the way the app draws it and XOR-compared with page 2's fill geometry at 600 dpi (tools/pdf_sheet_compare.py, 2 px tolerance): nothing disagrees except the sheet's own dimension arrowheads. Page 3 lowest-magnification view (drawn as outlines; scale from the post tips, 2.024 pt/mrad) gives the field edge the posts run to. Dots on all four arms at every mrad 1-4; no numerals.
Harson Ballistics draws this reticle at your magnification with your holdover marked on it, from your rifle, load and conditions. Works with no signal and no account.
